HMR Streetfighter

The Roy Meloy Street-fighter had its first post re-build start up on the Anzac weekend and is now a running unit. Throttle response is addictive, as is the open exhaust system...ahem...soon to have its Twin muffler system manufactured and fitted.

Electrical systems are doing there job and the gel-glass battery is providing the current. We should have some shots of the first burn out.....ooops ..road test very soon...keep watching!

The Guzzi

Terry Kelly's Moto-Guzzi is lining up to have its engine and transmission rebuilt.

With a nice pile of new gears and bearings Terry's Transmission is going through the assembly process and will be a nice clean, useable transmission by the end of the week. Then it's onto the engine assembly.

This great off-roader will soon have a new lease on life, and a tad more performance too, courtesy of some light cylinder head porting. A well known old racebike Terry hopes for a bit of a change of pace and maybe some touring tasks in the future. Its certainly the right machine for allroads ..!

The engine will be polished and carburised in the detailing process and as soon as we have a pretty looking thing well post a pic on the site.
